I need to make these. I have practically an entire bag of pepperoni minis I need to use. Colby jack, huh, not mozerella? Where do I get pizza seasoning?

What a fun little appetizer! I was expecting to see pizza dough used but I'm guessing it's more like a biscuit/bread dough?
Although really - it doesn't matter, the kids would flip over these! - September 23, 2010 at 2:37 PM

I don't know if I'm thrilled you reminded me about these or cursing the time I'll need to do on the treadmill.

These look good! I've made chicken and bacon pizza bites but i think a diff filling would be better. Have you ever made ham and cheese pretzel bites Oh my.. I have them posted on my site if you wanted to try them. I'm excited to see your 12 weeks of cookies!

I've seen these around a lot lately. They're on the menu today for my guys. I'm gonna follow your lead and add some pizza seasonings into mine as well.
