Nice way to dress up cider and it definitely is feeling like fall. Brrr. This would be perfect.

Sure rub it in! I miss those days of my childhood with fresh cider and we'd bring home a bushel of apples. Here in Florida there is no such thing as fresh cider. I haven't even seen apple cider in the market yet. We had a beautiful weekend to hang by the pool. It's supposed to be in the 90s this week. I'll pass on the cider for now. :) It does sound good though!

Wow, vanilla and apple cider. I really want to try something like that. It must taste so sweet. And it the smell is probably equally good too... :D

This sounds SO delicious, April, with the vanilla bean added. I look for fresh cider every year in the grocery store and often can't find any :( But it is so good, I won't stop looking. Last year I tried making some warm lemonade from a recipe I'd found, and that was tasty, too. Love those warm drinks when it's getting chilly outside.
