TWD- Fresh Mango Bread
This bread was very moist, and flavorful of the spices. It would be great with a spread of cream cheese on it! Next up with TWD, Chipster topped Brownies!

Your bread looks great. Its the first time I've ever heard of mango bread. With the abundance of mangoes here in India, I'm thinking I should try this. What do you say? Was it good?

Stringy is not a good thought when it comes to baked goods. Cheese, yes but bread - no.

I'm sorry that you couldn't really taste the mango flavor. I wonder if making the bread with mango puree or reduced mango juice would make for a similarly delicious but also mango-tasting bread? Either way, the bread looks fabulous! What is it about mangoes being stringy?!
